YVRTA Special Meeting - Tuesday Feb 10
The YVRTA Board is holding a brief online meeting Tuesday, February 10 via Zoom to review Procurement Policy and banking RFQ. Regular monthly meetings continue on the last Monday of each month.

Winter Carnival This Weekend
The 113th Winter Carnival brings street closures Saturday and Sunday. Street parking will not be available on Saturday as snow removal operations proceed.
Take the bus! SST is running extra service with temporary stops during the event:
- Eastbound: Oak, 10th, 9th, 7th, 6th streets
- Westbound: 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th, Yampa streets
Extra unscheduled buses will run Saturday during normal hours. Continuous service follows the Night Extravaganza Saturday and throughout Sunday. Track buses at steamboatsprings.net/sst

Regional Rail News
ColoRail held their annual meeting in January, highlighting many successful steps towards expanded passenger rail in Colorado. Governor Polis remains enthusiastic, and Colorado has moved from 42nd to 23rd nationally in transit funding.
Mountain Rail charges toward November launch of Phase 1 passenger rail service (Denver-Granby). The project appears on track to eventually link Yampa Valley with Front Range—future expansion is planned to Steamboat Springs, Craig, and Hayden.
